We do offer international shipping!

Currently, we offer free Canadian shipping over $30 and free USA shipping over $50.

Shipping rates to other countries are calculated at checkout.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of delivery. Feel free to keep the product and we will refund your purchase, minus the shipping costs.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@e11ement.com. You will hear from us within 5 business days. 

Our hypochlorous acid skin care product is most effective when used on freshly cleansed skin as the first step after cleansing. Before applying any serums, especially those containing antioxidants (like vitamin C), wait for the hypochlorous acid to fully dry—usually about 45 seconds. This prevents HOCl from potentially interfering with the active ingredients in your serums.
